Your access to our Website, including your use of the Rotaform's online shopping facility ("Online Shop") and participation in promotions run by us, is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with the terms, conditions, notices, and disclaimers contained in this document (collectively known as the Terms of Use'). Use of the Online Shop
Our Online Shop can only be used by persons with capacity to contract who are over the age of 18.
Provided you are over the age of 18, our Website allows you convenient, quick, and easy access to our secure Online Shop. You can purchase our products via our Online Shop using a secure Visa or MasterCard transaction facility. Your credit card information is protected by the latest security mechanisms and will only be used by us in order to complete your transaction. Whilst Shopify retains credit card information in an encrypted format (PCI Compliant), we do not have access to your credit card information. Bank deposit is an option for payment. A 20% restocking fee applies to change of mind purchases. This is not charged when goods are exchanged of the same value.
Pricing
All prices in the Online Shop are represented in New Zealand dollars and includes New Zealand goods and services tax (GST). All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter our prices for any reason at any time.
Privacy
We will not pass on, sell or distribute your information to anyone else. If you choose to join our mailing list we will email you monthly with product news, upcoming promotions and general information. At any time you can unsubscribe from our mailing list by clicking on the unsubscribe icon on our emailed communication.

Return Policy
We make every effort to ensure the quality of our products and that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition.
We will accept returns if stock is received in the original saleable condition, within 7 days of the return acceptance.
- 20% of order amount within 1 month plus the freight to return the product (we allow drop off to avoid this cost)
- 50% of order amount if advised after 1 month plus the freight to return the product (we allow drop off to avoid this cost)
If you swap for a product of the same value, no restock fee will apply (freight will be applicable).
