Shipping
Your order will be delivered to you via our trusted service provider, ensuring prompt and safe shipping. Shipping costs will vary throughout New Zealand.
To avoid disappointment, please ensure you supply us with your full and correct delivery address. We will not be held responsible if your order is not delivered because you have incorrectly entered your address details.
Should you enter the wrong address details with your order we are not obliged to re-send your order to the correct address but may elect to do so (at our discretion) at your expense.
Wherever possible, we will ensure that your order is shipped within 72 hours, typically between 9.00am - 2.00pm.
As many of our products are made to order, for larger orders it is recommended that the customer contact Rotaform directly to ensure accuracy of freight charge, availability and confirm delivery time.
Before signing to accept a delivery, be sure to inspect your products to see that they are in perfect condition and free from any courier/freight damages.
Returns
We make every effort to ensure the quality of our products and that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition.
We will accept returns if stock is received in the original saleable condition, within 7 days of the return acceptance.
- 20% of order amount within 1 month plus the freight to return the product (we allow drop off to avoid this cost)
- 50% of order amount if advised after 1 month plus the freight to return the product (we allow drop off to avoid this cost)
If you swap for a product of the same value, no restock fee will apply (freight will be applicable).
