Shipping, Delivery and Returns
Your order will be delivered to you via our trusted courier service provider, ensuring prompt and safe shipping. Shipping costs will vary throughout New Zealand.
To avoid disappointment, please ensure you supply us with your full and correct delivery address. We will not be held responsible if your order is not delivered because you have incorrectly entered your address details or have tried to receive delivery to a rural address.
Should you enter the wrong address details with your order we are not obliged to re-send your order to the correct address but may elect to do so (at our discretion) at your expense.
Wherever possible, we will ensure that your order is shipped within 48 hours, typically between 9.00am - 4.00pm.
As many of our products are made to order, for larger orders it is recommended that the customer contact Rotaform directly to ensure availability and confirm delivery time.
The cost of delivery typically ranges between $7 and $60 per unit depending on the size of the item.
Some larger items can cost up to $250 to get delivered to remote locations in the South Island.
Our most popular 50 products are always in stock. Your order is sorted and dispatched within 24 hours and delivered in 1-5 working days.
Larger items such as bins and spas are made to order to keep costs low. Typically it takes 2-10 working days to manufacture and then 3-5 days to be delivered.
Before signing to accept a delivery, be sure to inspect your products to see that they are in perfect condition and free from any courier/freight damages.
We take every effort to ensure the quality of our products and that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us to cancel your order at least 4 business days before the date of delivery specified in your order. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds once your order has been handed to our courier for delivery.
